Before canceling your account:
Note: If you cancel your account, your company will not be eligible for a new subscription for 90 days.
Before changing your account:
Note: Your plan can only be upgraded or downgraded once every 90 days.
To submit a change or cancellation request?
- Log in to your account and click on "Support Request" in the top navigation bar.
- Select "Admin Program Account" for "Type of Request"
- Submit your request.
- You will receive an email asking you to schedule a change or program offboarding call.
