Request Changes or Cancellation to Admin Program Account

You can request to cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your account anytime with a one-billing cycle written notice.

Before canceling your account:

Note: If you cancel your account, your company will not be eligible for a new subscription for 90 days.

Before changing your account:

Note: Your plan can only be upgraded or downgraded once every 90 days.

To submit a change or cancellation request?

  1. Log in to your account and click on "Support Request" in the top navigation bar.
  2. Select "Admin Program Account" for "Type of Request"
  3. Submit your request.
  4. You will receive an email asking you to schedule a change or program offboarding call.
