• Inactive users
• Permission configuration
• Two-factor authentication status
Data Health
• Missing contact names
• Missing company names
• Missing company domains
• Missing key operational properties
• Data formatting inconsistencies
• Enrichment gaps in contact or company records
CRM Structure
• CRM property configuration
• Property structure issues
• Sales pipeline configuration
• Custom objects
• Segments and lists used in automation or reporting
Integrations
• Connected applications
• Changes to integrations
• Potential data flow anomalies
Platform Usage
• AI functionality currently in use
• Workflow activity patterns
• General system usage indicators
Findings from these reviews are documented and prioritized as recommendations. When appropriate, tasks are created and scheduled based on your plan’s available capacity.
