HubSpot Management Program
Ownership, governance, management, and enablement for your existing HubSpot environment, with clear service boundaries.
The HubSpot Management Program applies Processology’s Technology Management Program to your existing HubSpot environment. It provides ownership, governance, management, and enablement through ongoing oversight, routine maintenance, practical improvements, and team support.
HubSpot is currently the technology supported by the program. The shared program articles explain requests, capacity, communication, delivery, and billing. This page covers the details specific to HubSpot.
Keeping your HubSpot environment reliable
We help preserve the context behind your CRM: why workflows route records a certain way, how lifecycle stages are defined, and what reports are intended to measure. That knowledge supports consistent use and helps your team manage change.
- Automation: Review errors, unused workflows, configuration issues, naming, descriptions, documentation, and overlapping workflows. Multiple workflows updating the same records or properties can create conflicting results.
- Users and security: Review new, active, and inactive users, permissions, and two-factor authentication status. We recommend corrective action when issues are identified.
- Data health: Check contacts missing names, companies missing names or domains, missing operational properties, formatting inconsistencies, and enrichment gaps.
- CRM structure: Review properties, sales pipelines, custom objects, and the segments or lists used by automation and reporting.
- Integrations: Review connected native marketplace applications, integration changes and activity, and unusual data flows between systems.
- Platform usage: Review workflow activity and general usage indicators.
Findings become documented recommendations. Corrective tasks are prioritized and scheduled within your plan’s available capacity. Monitoring a feature does not mean that its implementation or redesign is included.
Before submitting a HubSpot request
- The work must be possible within HubSpot and supported by your HubSpot subscription.
- Describe the result you need and supply the content, examples, access, and decisions needed to complete it.
- Our team reviews the request’s scope and available capacity during triage.
- Work outside standard program scope requires separate scoping before it begins.
Your HubSpot software subscription and your Processology service plan are separate considerations. A feature must be available in HubSpot as well as included in your service scope.
Request catalog and exclusions
The shared What Kind of Requests Can You Send Us? page contains the full request table, plan limits, work requiring separate scoping, and services we do not provide. These request types apply to supported technologies where the relevant features are available.
For monthly sessions, designated users, and delivery capacity, see What’s Included in My Plan?.
HubSpot-specific Enterprise features
The Enterprise plan includes the following HubSpot features, subject to your HubSpot subscription and available program capacity. They are not included in the Limited or Professional plans.
- Operations Hub support: One item per task.
- Programmable automation in Operations Hub: One automation per task.
Applying the shared scope in HubSpot
- Bulk deduplication: Professional and Enterprise plans include small deduplication requests using HubSpot’s built-in functions, limited to 250 records or fewer. This benefit is not included in the Limited plan.
- Native integrations: We help connect and maintain native integrations available in the HubSpot App Marketplace. Integrations outside the marketplace, complex integrations, and custom integrations requiring code or APIs are not included.
- Existing tools: We help maintain and make routine, non-AI improvements or adjustments to existing phone, Podcast, and Remix configurations. Net-new tool setup, implementation, and redesign are not included.
- Page creation: HubSpot landing pages and website pages follow the shared catalog’s plan limits. Web design and template changes require separate scoping.
- AI-related work: AI functionality and support are not included in this program. Learn more about our AI services.
- Platform changes: Changes to HubSpot’s interface or core behavior are outside standard scope and depend on what HubSpot supports.
Identifying enrichment gaps during a review does not include data enrichment. Monitoring a feature does not make its implementation or redesign part of standard program scope.
