What’s Included in My Plan?
Compare shared program capacity, sessions, and designated-user allowances across Limited, Professional, and Enterprise.
Your Technology Management plan determines available task capacity, sessions, and designated users. Included request types and task size limits are listed in the request catalog.
Submit your task with the outcome you need. Our team reviews the request within your plan’s scope and available delivery capacity.

Using your sessions and access
Training sessions and strategy calls have separate plan allowances and do not count toward task limits. Training sessions support up to 10 attendees. Strategy and training sessions are not interchangeable.
Additional designated users are available as an add-on. All requests must come through designated users; other team members should coordinate with them.
Technology-specific benefits
HubSpot-specific Operations Hub support and programmable automation are covered on the HubSpot Management Program page.
Capacity and cancellation
Unlimited requests let you maintain a backlog. Your plan still controls how much work can be delivered or active at one time. Unused monthly tasks expire and do not roll over.
No commitment. No contracts. Cancellation requires one billing cycle’s written notice. See Change or Cancel Your Technology Management Program for notice and 90-day restrictions.
See Limitations and Best Practices and Tasks and Billing Cycles for help planning your work.
