Submitting Tasks Effectively
Write clear requests that help your Technology Management team deliver with fewer revisions.
A clear written request helps our team act efficiently and reduces the need for extra meetings or revisions. Submit your task with the context you have so our team can review it.
Describe the outcome
- State what you want to achieve and why it matters.
- List requirements in short bullet points when helpful.
- Describe the result you need, and identify any known deadlines or dependencies.
- Explain what a successful result should look like.
Show what you mean
Include relevant screenshots, images, links, or a short screen recording. For example, link to a page you want us to review, include an email example, or record the steps that produce an unexpected result.
Provide the content and assets needed to complete the request. Visual examples support your instructions; they do not replace a clear description of the change you need.
Give clear feedback
Explain what needs to change and reference the relevant part of the task. Keep feedback concise and consolidate input from your team so we have one clear direction.
If you are unsure how to frame the request, submit the context you have. Our team will ask follow-up questions during triage.
