What Is a Task?
Describe what you need, share relevant details, and submit your task for review.
A task is a focused request for one item within the technology covered by your program. Creating one property, one segment, or one email each counts as one task. Limits on actions, fields, and other components define the size or complexity of that item. Explain the result you need and include the context our team needs to act.
Training sessions and strategy calls have separate plan allowances and do not count toward task limits.
Describe what you need
Tell us what you want to achieve, why it matters, and any known deadlines or dependencies. Include relevant links, examples, content, and assets.
What happens during triage
Processology reviews your request, asks for any missing information, and confirms the scope and next steps. Work is prioritized within your plan’s available capacity.
We will identify any work that requires separate scoping before it begins. See What Kind of Requests Can You Send Us?
Include enough detail to act
- Update a report: Link to the report and specify the fields, filters, and result you expect.
- Add a user: Provide the person’s name and email address, required role or seat, and permitted access.
- Troubleshoot an issue: Describe what happened, what you expected, and how to reproduce it. Include relevant links or screenshots.
