What Does Each Task Stage Mean?

Follow a request from submission through review, delivery, and completion.

Each task moves through the following stages in the client portal.

Task stages

  1. Submitted: We have received your request.
  2. Triaging: We are reviewing the request, gathering any missing information or materials, and confirming the scope and next steps.
  3. Accepted: We understand the requirements and have the required items. The task is ready to be prioritized for work.
  4. Working: We are actively completing the task.
  5. Pending Approval: The work is ready for your review and approval.
  6. Complete: The task is finished.

Help your task move forward

Respond to questions during triage, keep priorities clear, and review completed work promptly. A task waiting for approval continues to occupy capacity until it can be marked complete.

Track your requests in the client portal. See Working With Your Technology Management Team for more about estimates, approvals, and the queue.
