When Work Is Not Meeting Your Expectations

Tell us what is not working so we can understand the issue and agree on next steps.

If progress or results are not meeting your expectations, tell your Technology Management team. We want to understand the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Describe the concern

Explain what you expected, what happened, and how the difference affects your team. Reference the relevant task so the discussion stays connected to the work.

Clarify the request together

Clear details can help us identify where expectations diverged. Review the desired outcome, break requirements into bullet points, and include screenshots, links, or a recording when useful.

Working with a remote team may require some adjustment. Specific instructions and ongoing feedback help both teams build a shared understanding.

Keep the conversation open

If clearer instructions do not resolve the concern, communicate directly with our team through the client portal. We will work with you to understand the problem and determine the next steps.

Your feedback helps us improve the service. For help preparing requests, see Submitting Tasks Effectively.
