A strategy session gives you 45 minutes with our team to discuss how your business works and how your supported technology can help.
What we cover
- Understand your operations and current challenges.
- Explore possible solutions and clarify the outcome you need.
- Clarify priorities, dependencies, and a practical delivery approach.
- Discuss best practices and recommendations.
What you receive
After the session, we provide a summary of the discussion, recommended improvements, and the reasoning behind them.
Schedule a session
Open the client portal and select Schedule in your available strategy sessions. Training sessions and strategy calls have separate plan allowances and do not count toward task limits. The number of sessions depends on your plan. Strategy and training sessions are not interchangeable.
